Shipping policy

1. US and EU Processing & Delivery Time 

Processing time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Delivery time
  • United States:
    Orders are shipped from our local warehouse.
    Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
  • Europe:
    Orders are expected to ship from our Germany warehouse starting mid-May.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided after shipment. You can check the status via 17TRACK or the courier’s official website. 


2. For customers in other regions:

For the rest of the world, delivery time is approximately 4 weeks, depending on your location.
Not: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on local logistics and customs.

 

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with world-renowned logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order.


4. Shipping Fees

United States (mainland): Free shipping
(Shipping to Hawaii incurs an additional $180 fee)
Rest of the world: up to $100 shipping fee applies

5. Additional Information

All electric wheelchairs are safely packaged and shipped in standard packaging.
If you encounter any issues during delivery, please contact support@myroamate.com and we will resolve it promptly. 


6. Shipping Countries and Regions

To ensure accurate delivery of your ROAMATE products, please do not use a P.O. Box address. Provide your full residential address. 

Note: Deliveries to remote areas may not be possible. In which case we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm if your address is serviceable.
