Payment
PayPal and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are our preferred payment methods on www.myroamate.com. You may also use alternative payment methods, such as a bank wire transfer. To use a bank wire transfer, please contact us at services@myroamate.com with your order details to obtain our bank information.
Payment Approval
Roamate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or return any payment for any reason or no reason at all. For pre-orders, your account, credit card, or other payment mechanism will be charged upon Roamate’s approval, regardless of the expected shipping date.
Chargebacks
If any credit card chargeback is issued for an order, the limited warranty for that order will be paused until the chargeback is resolved.
Financing
For qualified purchasers, Roamate electric wheelchairs may be financed through our consumer financing partners. Eligibility, rights, and obligations associated with financing are solely determined by the financing partner. You are responsible for understanding all terms and conditions, and Roamate is not responsible for any financing service.
Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 2-15 business days.
Orders Flagged as Fraud
If your order is flagged by our system as high risk for fraud, we reserve the right to refuse fulfillment and issue a refund. If you believe a refund was issued in error, please contact us at services@myroamate.com.
