All content, materials, designs, and technology associated with Roamate products, including but not limited to product design, software, firmware, hardware configuration, branding, trademarks, logos, images, videos, manuals, documentation, and website content (collectively, the “Intellectual Property”), are the exclusive property of Roamate or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Roamate, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the product or its software
• Remove or alter any trademarks, logos, or proprietary notices
• Use Roamate’s branding, images, or marketing materials for commercial purposes
• Develop derivative works based on Roamate’s design, firmware, or proprietary systems

Any unauthorized use of Roamate’s intellectual property may result in legal action.
