How to Make a Warranty Claim
All Roamate electric wheelchair warranty claims must be submitted via a support ticket on our website or by emailing support@myroamate.com, including your order number. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
As part of the warranty process, you may be asked to send photos or videos to us for diagnosis and proper guidance.
Claim Period
All claims must be submitted within the warranty period from the date of delivery, according to your purchase tier.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal battery wear or capacity loss over time
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches, fading, or paint loss
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or extreme conditions
- Issues from third-party accessories or unauthorized repairs
- If you purchased your Romate product from a dealer, please contact the dealer for warranty service.
