How to Make a Warranty Claim

All Roamate electric wheelchair warranty claims must be submitted via a support ticket on our website or by emailing services@myroamate.com, including your order number. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

As part of the warranty process, you may be asked to perform tests and send photos or videos to our technicians for diagnosis and proper guidance. For example, testing a battery with a voltmeter and sending a picture of the results.


Claim Period

All claims must be submitted within the warranty period from the date of delivery, according to your purchase tier.


What’s Not Covered

  • Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
  • Normal battery wear or capacity loss over time
  • Cosmetic wear such as scratches, fading, or paint loss
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or extreme conditions
  • Issues from third-party accessories or unauthorized repairs
  • Products purchased from non-official channels (https://myroamate.com) are not eligible for warranty.
  • If you purchased your Romate product from a dealer, please contact the dealer for warranty service.

Exclusions

  • Accessories, consumables, and normal wear items are not covered.
  • Damage due to unauthorized service or use of non-official parts is not covered.
  • We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including personal injury, property damage, or economic loss.
