Shipping Locations & Warehouses
For U.S. customers: Orders will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
For customers in other regions: Orders will be shipped from our factory warehouse via international sea freight and standard courier.
Shipping Methods
We cooperate with world-renowned logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order.
Shipping Fees
U.S. customers: A shipping fee of $70 applies.
Customers in other regions: A shipping fee of $100 applies.
Processing & Delivery Time
Processing time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Delivery time: Due to high order volume, delivery is expected within 8-10 weeks after shipment.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided after shipment. You can check the status via 17TRACK or the courier’s official website.
Additional Information
All electric wheelchairs are safely packaged and shipped in standard packaging.
If you encounter any issues during delivery, please contact the Roamate customer service team, and we will resolve it promptly.
Shipping Countries and Regions
To ensure accurate delivery of your ROAMATE products, please do not use a P.O. Box address. Provide your full residential address. We also recommend contacting us in advance to confirm that your delivery address is serviceable by our shipping carriers.
