Shipping Locations & Warehouses

For U.S. customers: Orders will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

For customers in other regions: Orders will be shipped from our factory warehouse via international sea freight and standard courier.

Shipping Methods

We cooperate with world-renowned logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your order.

Shipping Fees

United States (mainland): A shipping fee of $70 applies.
Canada / Europe / Asia / Australia / Rest of World: A shipping fee of $100 applies.

Delivery Time

Delivery time: In 2026, we aim to deliver within 4 weeks for most countries and within 2 weeks for countries where we have warehouses. For orders placed in 2025, please refer to the product page for the estimated delivery timeframe, or contact our support team at support@myroamate.com
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided after shipment. You can check the status via 17TRACK or the courier’s official website. 

Additional Information

All electric wheelchairs are safely packaged and shipped in standard packaging.
If you encounter any issues during delivery, please contact the Roamate customer service team, and we will resolve it promptly.

Shipping Countries and Regions

To ensure accurate delivery of your ROAMATE products, please do not use a P.O. Box address. Provide your full residential address. We also recommend contacting us in advance to confirm that your delivery address is serviceable by our shipping carriers.
